FIELD NOTE: a member celebrated her best session ever in our check-in — $2,100 gross, biggest night of her quarter. I asked her to pull the same session at day 14. Refunds had eaten a third of it, mostly sizing on the hero SKU, and the 'best session' was actually an average session plus an expensive lesson. She didn't argue; she added a mature-review column that week. Nobody wants to restate their best night downward, which is exactly why the scorecard has to do it for them.
METHODOLOGY: a returns-adjusted session scorecard restates orders and revenue after cancellations, refunds, and return-related costs become visible. The windows and thresholds below are editorial working ranges for deciding when your own result is mature enough to judge, not platform-wide performance statistics. Build the sheet from your own Seller Center order, return, and settlement records while preserving the session identifier on every attributed order. This is an October 2026 methodology revision, and no member average or third-party benchmark is being claimed.
