Fashion & Apparel: the honest-fit script

Apparel is the highest-return category in live commerce, and returns are where the margin dies. This script is built on one principle: in fashion, honesty about fit converts better than flattery, because every avoided return is pure margin and every honest fit note is a review that says 'runs true, seller knows their sizing.' US buyers have been burned by Asian sizing charts; your honesty is the differentiator.

HOOK: 'Before I show you anything cute — let's talk about how these actually fit, because that's the only thing that matters when you can't try them on.' Then hold up the size chart on camera and walk it in plain language: 'I'm 5'6", this is a medium on me, and here's exactly where it sits.'

THE LOOP: 1) Show the piece on a real body or mannequin with real movement — sit down, raise arms, turn around. Static hanger shots convert poorly and generate 'looks different on' returns. 2) Fit honesty before style praise: 'The waist is elastic, the hips are not — if you're between sizes on the hip, size up, and I'd rather tell you that now than have you return it.' 3) Fabric truth: hold it to the light, stretch it, name the exact blend and what that means for care. 4) Styling speed-round: two real ways to wear it, thirty seconds total.
