Session length and frequency: how much live time is actually enough

Updated 2026-10-16 · Sources & methodology noted inline

FIELD NOTE: I once watched a seller burn her entire first month on one heroic Saturday — a four-hour solo session, carefully planned, exhausting. One data point. The algorithm learned almost nothing, she learned almost nothing, and she took Sunday off, then Monday. Compare that with the member who did twelve scrappy one-hour sessions in her first month and could tell me by day 30 exactly which of her three loops held retention. Same hours on air. Completely different assets at the end. Cadence isn't a work ethic question; it's how many independent experiments you buy.

METHODOLOGY: cadence ranges (sessions per week × hours per session) from aggregated member data across room maturity levels, October 2026 revision. Cadence benchmarks are the most operationally personal in this library — a solo seller and a three-person team cannot run the same schedule — so treat these as feasibility bands and calibrate to your staffing reality, not as ideals to fail against.
